Extra virgin olive oil


The brescia side of lake Garda produces many different varieties of olives
​( casaliva, leccino and pendolino) all are harvested by hand and pressed immediately in olive presses. The cold presure method used enables us to obtain an olive oil that is golden-green colour, with a fruity perfume of fresh olives.

THIS IS AN OLIVE OIL WITH A PLEASANT TASTE, A HINT OF ALMONDS AND AROMATIC HERBS.

It is characteristally low in acidity and rich in vitamins. Excellent with lake or sea fish, soups and shell fish.
